Leah — Beauty, Brains & a Willing Spirit
We are so thankful to have Leah in our family. 🖤
Leah is a beautiful, larger West German Showline female, typically weighing in the high 70s to low 80s. She has an outgoing, fun-loving personality and an incredible desire to please. She is exceptionally intelligent, loves learning new things, and has a determination that amazes me. When I ask Leah to do something, she keeps working to figure it out until she succeeds! She loves having a job to do and is always eager to take on a new challenge.
Leah loves learning all kinds of tricks and working with me. She also has a very special talent: she knows how to ride a longboard, and it is one of her favorite things to do! Her intelligence, enthusiasm, and playful personality make her such a joy to work with.
I have also spent considerable time taking Leah to a variety of public places and teaching her the skills, manners, and composure needed for service dog work. Through this experience, I have seen firsthand how intelligent, attentive, and capable she is.
I expect Leah’s puppies to have many of these same wonderful qualities, including intelligence, trainability, and a desire to work with their people. With early socialization, consistent training, and a strong bond with their owners, these qualities can be encouraged and developed in many ways, from obedience and learning tricks to outdoor adventures and service work.
Leah represents many of the qualities we value at Tiltonhaus: beautiful structure, intelligence, trainability, confidence, a willingness to work, and a loving personality. She is truly a special girl, and I feel very blessed to have her as part of our family.
